When is a coach a coach?

Before they realise it

And all the fucking time.

When it's not about them.

Only when it's intentional.

When they are continually practising.

When the space is there for them to be in an open explorative way.

Only when they're coaching someone, And when they decide they are.

When they are listening.

When there is presence.

Always, all of the time, all of us.

And: Friday at 8am.

When one is listening to people really well.

When there is a spirit of service.

When we are not in our own way.

Aaaaaaaarrrrrrggh.

When we are curious.

When there is love.
